The five steps
The training can be supported through national skills programs in most countries; across Europe, the same goes for equivalent schemes. Steps 02 to 05 can draw on innovation support at national, regional or European level — schemes like CDTI (Spain), ZIM (Germany), or EU instruments such as Horizon Europe, Creative Europe / MEDIA, ERC, Celtic-Plus, or the EIT. We co-write them with you, in your country.
01 Get trained, concretely, on agents An agent running, on your machine.
Day 1, you understand the basics of AI and what an agent is: how it works, what it can do, and under what conditions. Day 2, you install an agent on your laptop and run it on a first simple case.

Outside your IT system, on the participant's machine.02 Your demonstrator and your innovation plan A production agent in demo, which you test on a sample of your data, along with the innovation plan, funding included.
On one hand, you see a complete demonstrator agent run, in a test environment separated from your production, on a dataset extracted from your real tools. On the other, you leave with your innovation plan: where you stand, in what order to move forward, and which funding to go after for your transition.

At this stage, you have a first agent in production, connected to your everyday tools. It does the work you saw in the demo, this time at your company and on your real data. The time you used to spend reconstructing information, you no longer lose!

The agent is installed on your infrastructure and works in your tools; it touches nothing outside the scope agreed with you.04 Your team of agents Several agents in production, run by your teams.
The first lot of this step designs your team of agents: which roles are held by agents, how they coordinate with the human team, on which software and infrastructure, and at what price. The following lots deploy the team of agents, one by one. What one agent does on one scope, several do across the whole production.
